Spr 56 E1693127075451

Good Day Child of God,

Today’s Devotion and Reflection is based on the Scripture: Judges 9:56-57 (NIV)

“Thus, God repaid the wickedness that Abimelek had done to his father by murdering his seventy brothers. God also made the men of Shechem pay for all their wickedness. The curse of Jotham son of Jerub-Baal came on them.”

Moral Story:

The consequences faced by Abimelek and the men of Shechem illustrate the repayment of wickedness and disobedience. This story teaches us the importance of valuing God’s guidance and avoiding actions that lead to harm and destruction.

Short Prayer:

Dear Lord, guide us to value Your guidance and follow Your ways. May we avoid wickedness and disobedience, choosing actions that reflect Your righteousness. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Today, I choose to value God’s guidance and follow His ways. I will avoid wickedness and disobedience, seeking actions that reflect His righteousness.

Word of Prophecy:

I prophesy that as you value God’s guidance and choose actions that reflect His righteousness, you will experience blessings and protection. Your commitment to His ways will lead to a life of purpose and favour.

Reflect on past actions that might have been contrary to God’s guidance. Are there areas where you need to seek forgiveness and choose righteousness? Commit to valuing God’s guidance.

May this devotion inspire you to value God’s guidance, choose actions of righteousness, and avoid wickedness and disobedience.
